Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy ('Policy') outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns for EntropyAqua products and services provided by ASR Innovations Private Limited ('Company', 'we', 'our', 'us'). This Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and related Indian regulations.

2.1 Pre-Installation Cancellation - Standard Products
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of order: 100% refund
  • Cancellation between 24-48 hours: 95% refund
  • Cancellation between 48-72 hours: 90% refund
  • Cancellation after 72 hours but before installation: 80% refund
2.1.2 Custom/Industrial Products
  • Cancellation before manufacturing: 90% refund
  • Cancellation during manufacturing: 50% refund
  • Cancellation after manufacturing: 25% refund
  • No cancellation once shipping has begun
2.2.1 Domestic RO Systems
  • Within 24 hours of installation: Full refund minus installation charges
  • Within 7 days: 70% refund minus installation charges
  • After 7 days: No refund

3.1 Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Before service initiation: 90% refund
  • Within first month: 75% refund of remaining period
  • After first month: Pro-rata refund minus 20% processing fee
  • No refund for partially used months
3.2 Service Appointments
  • 24 hours notice: No charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service charge
  • No show: Full service charge applies

4.1 B2B Marketplace
  • Order cancellation before shipping: Full refund
  • Order cancellation after shipping: Shipping charges deducted
  • Returns accepted within 7 days for unused items
  • 15% restocking fee for returns without defects
4.2 Subscription Services
  • Cancel anytime for unused periods
  • Pro-rata refund for remaining full months
  • No refund for current month
  • Data retention for 30 days post cancellation

5.1 Payment Returns
  • Original payment method will be used for refund
  • Processing time: 5-7 working days
  • Bank charges, if any, will be deducted
  • GST refund as per applicable laws
5.2 Documentation Required
  • Original invoice/receipt
  • Cancellation request form
  • Bank account details
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Product condition report (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Items
  • Installation charges once service is rendered
  • Customization charges
  • Shipping charges for delivered items
  • Used consumables and filters
  • Special order items
  • Service visits already performed
